The paneling and millwork created for the Oakland Hills Country Club was designed by Evangelista Architects P.C., of Birmingham, Michigan. It is the culmination of an extensive remodeling effort that affected nearly all the public rooms.
Some of the paneling was painted, but much of it was quarter-sawn white oak. Note the intricate molding details in the coffered ceilings and matelpieces, as well as the curved crown molding above the bar at right.
